At Louise & Rose, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. As our warehouse is located in Asia, return shipping costs typically range between AUD 25 and AUD 50. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
How to Return Your Order in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@louiseandrose.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you receive return instructions, send your item to the address provided. Please use a traceable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return your order, please follow our return policy outlined above.
Important Notes
- To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition with labels and tags attachedand no signs of use.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged beyond our control.
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
